Here is a list of frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions or concerns not covered in this FAQ please contact me. I will be happy to help in any way that I can!

How do I select patterns?

Add any pattern you like to your cart using the “Add to Cart” button. Once you add a pattern to your cart, a “View Cart” button will pop up with a link to your shopping cart. You can click on this link to go to the shopping cart, or simply ignore this notice and continue selecting patterns.

How do I pay for patterns?

Click on the “CART” menu button at the top of the page. This page shows you all the patterns you have placed in your cart. Review your cart to be sure everything is correct. When you are ready to check out, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Enter the information required on the Checkout Page. When you are ready, click the “Proceed to Paypal” button to complete your purchase. You will be directed to the Paypal website where you can decide how to make your purchase. Follow the prompts Paypal gives you.

How do I get my pattern(s)?

Option 1: Once payment through Paypal has been completed, you will be redirected back to this website. The page you are redirected to will display your pattern name as a link. Click on this link to view and download your pattern to your computer or device. Using a laptop or desktop computer will likely work best for downloading.

Option 2: When your payment goes through, you will receive two emails. One is from Paypal, outlining the details of the transaction. The other is a receipt of purchase sent from me. This email contains a link to your pattern. Click on this link to view and download. You can access your pattern(s) at any time via this email.

I wasn’t redirected to the page where I can download my pattern(s).

Glitches do happen sometimes. If something goes wrong after payment goes through, please try Option 2 to download your pattern(s).

I don’t see the email with the link to my pattern(s).

Since this email is coming from a person your account has never seen before, it may be automatically sent to your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders. If you still do not see this email, please contact me.

I lost the email containing the link(s) to my pattern(s).

If some time has passed and you can’t find your email which contained the link(s) to your pattern(s) please contact me. Please include your Order Number and Date of Purchase.
